the volume of a three year old

First let me apologize for the typing. It's with one hand and not even my dominant hand. I thought you might enjoy a little taste of the amount of sound that we experience in any moment. Lucy not only talks CONSTANTLY, but when she runs out of things to say she starts making up words. Seriously, she just talks jibberish or asks us what her made up words mean. She is also experimenting with her own volume although there isn't much experimenting with the soft sounds.

In the first video I was trying to capture Edie talking, Lucy was on the other side of the house in the bathroom banging a toy on the tub while yelling for her Daddy. Be sure to hear Rodney's comment at the end.

The second video captures Lucy's dance party. She was asking us to look through a book and request a certain dance. While the titles ranged from the striped bass to the sandwich dance she also added her own made up names. Interestingly all the dances looked the same.

BTW, I would love to know what's going through her brain - she clearly has an overwhelming artistic side that she needs to let out. Love it!!!
