My new favorite word

"Fumpin"

Do you know what that means? Any guesses? How about in a sentence?

"I bonk my foot on fumpin." Or one of our favorites, "I thinkin bout fumpin, mama". Sometimes she shares what's on her mind and sometimes she just let's us know that she's pondering the world.

Or it can also be transferred to "fumbody" as in "Fumbody coming?"

It's just so damn cute! Add to this her new phrases that have character and personality like:

"Umm...Probly" (no, that's not a typo) Imagine this word being said with a slight head tilt and squint after we've asked if she wants milk with her lunch.

"Any chance...?" That's a pretty new one that totally cracks us up. "Any chance Lucy have milk?"

"I know ONE idea!!" This does not always precede an actual idea, but it is used at the right moment when we're pondering something.

And yesterday, when I was sitting on the couch with a friend chatting, Lucy hopped up on the couch, crossed her legs and said, "So..." and began babbling as if she was participating. When we continued to talk, she said, "I'm not finished talking. SO..." It was hysterical!!!
