We had our weekly Dr. visit to find that Gretchen is 1/2 cm dialated and 50% effaced. Attached is a video clip for you all to enjoy. (I guess that may have needed a better transition) The video has NOTHING to do with any of the above.
We lost audio, but she says "relaxed" and then tries to suck in her belly.
