So, have you heard about this? Crazy dreams toward the end of pregnancy? Well, I had read about it in the books but hadn't experienced any until last week. We decided to watch the NOVA DVD that Rodney's mom, Berni sent us. It was about the gift of life. Well, we were hoping for an inside look at how the baby develops and maybe see a birth. Instead we got 45 min. of conception 5 min. of cell division to an 18 week old fetus and a quick cut to a head crowning and birth.
Have you looked at a picture of the 18 week old fetus recently? (view here)It still looks like the alien with a stub tail. Well, at 3am the next morning, I woke up after seeing my 18 week old looking baby turn in my stomach and look up at me. It then asked me about three restaurants in town and after I stood up, it fell out of me.
I had to wake Rodney because I was so freaked out by it. He tried to distract me but eventually fell asleep again before I had really recovered. I don't blame him. It took me a while.
Last night I dreamt that the kid turned from being head down to head up and basically crawled out of the top of my stomach and snuggled under my neck. Kind of like a moth leaving a cocoon. I'm more entertained now but still have to wake up to get over the dreams. We'll see how the rest of the two months go. :)

Okay, you really have to stop with the pregnancy dreams - that's creepy!!! Although, I have to say that I laughed my head off reading about it.
